Georgia Fields has released the first single from her forthcoming sophomore album Astral Debris. Titled ‘The Hood & The Hunter’. The track is set in the internal landscape of the subconscious, Fields’ vocals is as ferocious as it is fragile.

The song is a re-telling of the original Red Riding Hood fable, of Little Red clawing her own way out of the live Wolf’s belly – performing the role of both innocent girl and brutal huntress. Georgia was inspired to re-imagine the fable in a modern context, explaining “as women, we are often told that we can only be one thing at a time. Young or wise. Old or sexy. Artist or business person. Scientist or spiritual. Hood or Hunter.”
