Basement To Tour, Sad Folk Briefly Feel Fleeting Happiness When Basement toured Australia in 2014, it felt as if a miracle had occurred. Here was a cult band who had spent the last two years broken up, come back together and going down under as one of there first stops together again. It was assumed something like this would never happen again. But here we are, just following Basement’s newest offering Promise Everything being named Triple J’s featured album, and the band has revealed a full Australian tour (though not playing in any basement shows) featuring the emo powerhouse that is Turnover, along with the newly reformed and sorely missed Break Even. You can listen to Promise Everything below.
